In light of recent events, Alliance Catholic Credit Union wants to let you know we understand that some circumstances are out of your control. For those who have loans with Alliance Catholic Credit Union and are impacted financially, we offer Skip-a-Pay*! Whether you have lost wages or have unexpected expenses, we understand and are here to help. And for a limited time, we are WAIVING the $35 cost for processing the postponement.

Download the form from our website here, follow the simple instructions and email it to us at the address provided.

If you need help with another type of loan, please reach out to us for assistance.

*By completing a Skip-A-Payment you are requesting Alliance Catholic Credit Union to advance the loan due date equal to one month’s payment. You understand that the current balance of the loan is extended by the amount of the payment skipped and that interest will continue to accrue on your loan balance throughout the deferred payment period, which may further extend the term of your loan. If there is more than one borrower on a loan, only one borrower is required to authorize a Skip-A-Payment request. Equal opportunity lender. Federally insured by NCUA.

Visa

Members who have an Alliance Catholic Credit Union Visa® Credit Card are now eligible to skip their May and June payments.

The current statement with a payment due in April will still need to be made. All cardholders who make their minimum payment due in April will see a message offering them the option of $0 minimum payment amount due on their May statement. As long as cardholders remain in good standing, the minimum amount due will show as $0 on their June statement, too.

Cardholders who elect to have their May and/or June payments postponed will still accrue interest charges on the unpaid balances, and incur fees if applicable (excluding late fees), unless indicated elsewhere on their statements. Cardholders always have the option to make payments in May and June, if they so choose.

Normal minimum amount due calculations will resume on July statements.

Cardholders currently enrolled in auto-pay and/or fixed pay, will NOT qualify for a skipped payment unless they coordinate cancelation of any auto-payment details in advance.
