How to redeem points on your Mastercard Credit Card*

    1. Online Banking
      1. Log into online banking and from the Dashboard click on View Transactions under Credit Card
      2. This will open your MyCardInfo Account Overview page
      3. From there you will be able to see your Rewards Balance
      4. Click on Browse Rewards to open your ALLIANCE REWARD$ site where you can browse and redeem rewards
    2. Mobile App
      1. Log into your mobile app and from the Accounts menu page click on Credit Card then click View Transactions
      2. This will open your MyCardInfo page.
      3. Scroll down to Rewards Balance and click on Browse Rewards to open your ALLIANCE REWARD$ site where you can browse and redeem rewards.
    3. Call 1-888-871-1687
      *Reward points expire 36 months from the date they were earned. Minimum 3,000 points needed to redeem rewards.
