Alliance Catholic in the Community

When you join Alliance Catholic Credit Union you support…

Catholic Parish Life

Since our founding at Catholic parishes in Metro Detroit, Alliance Catholic Credit Union has continued to support the Catholic community. We sponsor parish event such as festivals, auctions, picnics and golf outings. Working with the USPBL, we created Catholic Night at the Ballpark , an annual celebration of the Catholic community at Jimmy John’s Field in Utica.

Catholic Schools

We are proud to support our Catholic schools. We are a proud sponsor of the Catholic High School League, and involved with numerous school sporting events and fundraisers. We offer $40,000 in scholarships to help families pursuing a Catholic education.

Catholic Universities

We are actively involved at several Catholic universities in Michigan. Stop by our branch on the campus of University of Detroit Mercy, cheer on the Crusaders at Alliance Catholic Credit Union Arena on the campus of Madonna University or follow the Alliance Catholic sponsored E-sports team at Siena Heights University.

Giving Back

Our board members and employees value service to our members and the community. By giving their time and resources throughout the year, our employees support many wonderful organizations, such as the Pope Francis Center, Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan, La Casa Guadalupana and the Ascension Hospital Foundation. As a credit union serving the Catholic community, we support the pro-life movement, including crisis pregnancy centers and resources like Mary’s Mantle and Protect Life Michigan.

Heart for the Holidays, our signature giving program, provides a special Christmas for families in need. Since 2000, dedicated staff has raised over $250,000 and volunteered their time to shop, wrap and deliver gifts to families from parishes across our footprint.

Community Financial Wellness

Alliance Catholic Credit Union offers hands-on, in-person and virtual financial success workshops lead by Alliance Catholic staff.
