Branch Manager-Sterling Heights

Position Summary

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Branch Manager for its Web Branch. The qualified applicant will be responsible for the management and growth of this department. They will create an environment that stimulates an enthusiastic, motivating, high-performance culture that focuses on continuous improvement and excellent member service. The candidate will have a strong aptitude in lending and have the ability to achieve web branch goals for indirect and consumer-related loans. Must be comfortable in a solution providing culture and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be excited about building a great team and establishing great rapport with new and existing members in the area. The successful leader will value teamwork, transparency and accountability above all else.

Requirements

A minimum of a college degree from a four-year educational institution and/or equivalent work experience required, and a minimum of 2 years of management experience or with leading a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer proficiency including MS Excel and Word strongly preferred along with a high aptitude for organization and attention to detail. Symitar experience preferred, but not necessary.
