Regional Branch Operation Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Regional Branch Operation Manager who thrives in a well organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment.  This position will be reporting directly to the VP of Retail Sales at our Southfield location.

The ideal candidate must be able to:

  • Provides oversight, leadership, direction, and support for branch operations in the assigned region for members and employees in alignment with Alliance Catholic Credit Union's vision, values, and brand. Monitors, manages and reports on region's performance results
  • Aids in devising effective business plans for branch markets within region
  • Ensures the region's branch goals and  performances  are aligned with organizational strategy as well as member expectations
  • Cultivate effective sales and service strategies across the region to ensure growth, positive member experiences and deepened relationships
  • Assists senior management with the long and short term credit union planning
  • Follows all BSA policies and procedures to ensure ACCU's compliance with federal regulations.
  • Ensures area functions and duties are accurately and promptly completed
  • Oversees budges preparations and financial analysis
  • Monitors costs and expenses
  • Prepares regular reports and statements for management 
  • Ensures operation functions are completed in accordance with established procedures and applicable relations
  • Represents the Credit Union as appropriate in its relationships with members, select employee groups, vendors, organizations and other financial institutions and similar groups
  • Oversees and supports overall effective personnel/performance management within assigned branches in collaboration with HR
  • Monitors, analyzes and reports data as applicable to assigned region's retail branch operational activity and relevant information including results
  • Collaborates across regions and organizational functions to ensure organizational performance and engage with cross-functional teams to accomplish projects/initiatives.
  • Ensure that the branches are in compliance with federal laws and regulations set forth by the National Credit Union Administration and other regulatory agencies. Follows all BSA policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist the VP of Retail Sales, with projects, tasks, and other duties as assigned


A college degree from a four-year educational institute and/or 4-6 years equivalent work experience required. Extremely high aptitude for organization and attention to detail, coordinating multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with extraordinary interpersonal communication and relationship development skills. Knowledge of related computer applications including Microsoft Office and core processor, Symitar, learning management systems, and public speaking skills strongly desired.
