A Full Time Marketing Manager at its Southfield office. Experience with multi-media, including social media in a professional context Strategic thinking. Knowledge of, experience with and passion for managing brands, Hands-on experience with direct marketing and digital marketing. Comfortable working with numbers, data, budgets and reports. Strong interpersonal skills, team oriented, collaborative. Experience with legal and compliance, able to work with and manage outside agencies and other vendors. Understanding of the Catholic community, some writing ability. This position requires a proven ability to support a strong member service culture, a motivated individual who is friendly and enthusiastic, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Windows, Word and Excel. A college diploma or equivalent is required along with 5-7 years in the same or equivalent position.

A Full-time Community Relations Manager at its Southfield office, Good interpersonal skills, organized, attention to detail. Able to build relationships, identify opportunities and develop creative solutions. Ability to converse with Catholic community. Experience with public relations (writing press releases, building media contacts, gaining unpaid media exposure). Ability to plan and execute comprehensive events. Available flexible hour’s evenings/weekends when needed. This position requires a proven ability to support a strong member service culture, a motivated individual who is friendly and enthusiastic, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Windows, Word and Excel. A college diploma or equivalent is required along with 3-5 years in the same or equivalent position.

Full-time Marketing Program Coordinator at its Southfield office, Good interpersonal skills, organized, detail oriented. Good team orientation, able to manage outside vendors. Willing to take on a variety of tasks with positive attitude. Curious, persistent and always looking to improve. Available flexible hour’s evenings/weekends when needed. This position requires a proven ability to support a strong member service culture, a motivated individual who is friendly and enthusiastic, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Windows, Word and Excel. A college diploma or equivalent is required along with 1-2 years in the same or equivalent position.

Full-time Operations Support Supervisor at its Southfield office. Oversees the efforts of Operations Support provided to members, partners, vendors and staff toward the accomplishment of overall objectives; supplies advice and assistance as it relates to the functions of Operations Support to other operating units within the organization. Actively seeking to meet established goals for service, productivity and accuracy. This position requires a proven ability to support a strong member service culture, a motivated individual who is friendly and enthusiastic, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Windows, Word and Excel. A High School or higher education diploma or equivalent is required along with 1-2 years in the same or equivalent position.

Full-time Universal Teller at its Troy Branch. The qualified applicant will be responsible for: helping members achieve their financial goals by identifying the best product and service solutions to meet their needs. This person will be able to consult members about: opening new accounts, IRAs, loan application processing, setting up automated services; and other member service requests. In addition, coaching and mentoring other staff through training, being a positive role model and promoting teamwork. This position requires a proven ability to support a strong member service culture, a motivated individual who is friendly and enthusiastic, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Windows, Word and Excel. A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with 3-5 years in the same or equivalent position.

Full and Part-time Teller(s) for various location(s). The qualified applicants will be responsible for: providing high quality and accurate service to our members and non-members, both internal and external. To process transactions, efficiently and accurately (including vault transactions as assigned), refer and cross sell products and services that will truly benefit our members. To help our members with their financial needs, while opening basic types of new accounts and resolving member concerns/issues. Building trusting relationships with members and providing them with excellent member service. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Also required, six months of working experience in retail/operations area. Proficient in written/oral communication and interpretation of Spanish language desired.
